WHAT IS OPEN CALL AND WHO SHOULD COME Open call allows us to meet new talent and helps us to stay current with our Bell Agency talent’s progress. Who should come to open call: *
*Anyone with the Bell Agency that would like us to record or listen to a monologue.
Who should NOT come to open call: *Anyone under the age of 6 years as we take talent on personality and looks only. For new talent under the age of 6 years we ask you email or mail us one – four snapshots to: Seattle office: bellagency@aol.com Portland office: bellagencyoregon@aol.com Please include contact information in your submission What should I bring and prepare for open call? *A 1 -2 minute monologue, age appropriate. Be creative in your selection. Monologues can be found on the Internet (google monologues) at your local library - a part of a movie, something you have written. We are just looking to see how you "act". *If you are with the Bell Agency – bring your current headshot and resume *If you are new talent seeking representation bring a current headshot or snapshot and resume (if you have one) * The open call information sheet - go to the main page of our website and click on forms. Please have this filled out before you arrive. When can I come to open call? Seattle office: Any Friday (with the exception of any week that has a holiday in it ie: Thanksgiving, Halloween, New Years, Christmas etc.) between 2:30 and 4:30pm. Do not come any later than 4:30pm this gives you time to be seen before we have to close at 5:00pm. Please alert us in advance via email that you are coming. bellagency@aol.com
Portland office: We do open calls every Friday's but you must set an appointment with Stephanie. Suite 200 West Linn, Or. 98068 ***** Please do not bring "extra" people with you to open call. The waiting areas are small. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
